The lead up to Christmas has been somewhat of a hectic one for me, and with the kids being home from school and my workload increasing as the holidays approach, I haven’t been able to sit down at my computer for any extended period of time. But before the holiday season rush started, I was able to finish the first draft of my next book, something which I am rather excited about. I am hoping that at some stage over the holidays, I will be able to sit down and at least start the review and editing process. Fingers crossed! Other than that, I am looking forward to some peaceful time away camping where I hope to decrease my ‘to read’ pile, as well as maybe re-read a few favourites.

I want to take the chance to say that I appreciate everyone who has bought or downloaded a copy of any of my books this year. Whether it was your ‘cup of tea’ or not, I appreciate that you took the time to read my story. And to those of you that rated or reviewed my books on Amazon or Goodreads, THANK YOU! There is no way better to thank a writer. Also to the people who popped by this website and either emailed or left a comment saying that you enjoyed the Behind Glass series, it truly meant a lot to me.

I’m excited to release my next book, which I hope will be early to mid next year. (I like the sound of May.) It is a standalone novel, and I actually started writing it before Girl Behind Glass. The title is the last word of Girl Beneath Stars. Gold star if you can tell me what it is!

I also plan on running some giveaways for the paperback copies of the Behind Glass Series, including the limited edition paperback version of Boy In Uniform which isn’t for sale. So keep an eye out here, on Facebook, and on Goodreads for those coming up.
